National agency Leaders has named Debra McHale as its new area sales manager for the north-west as it looks to grow its presence in the region.

McHale brings more than 30 years of experience to the role, with much of her career spent within the Sequence UK agency network as a mortgage adviser and then branch manager.

She will now manage Leaders’ network of branches from Stoke-on-Trent in the south to Manchester in the north.

She said: “I am thrilled to have joined Leaders and excited about the challenge ahead. The company has incredibly exciting plans for the future and I hope to be able to offer all our north west branches the benefit of my experience and expertise.

“I am looking forward to being a part of Leaders’ expansion throughout the region in the years to come. My aim will be to ensure we become the agent of choice for sellers in the region and are as successful as we already are in the rest of our network.”
