Savills has appointed former Strutt & Parker partner James Gilbert-Green to its prime central London team.

He will be based at Savills’ Sloane Street office and will concentrate on handling the sale of flats and houses located in prime areas locally.

Gilbert-Green has previously been involved in some of the most notable and high value property transactions within Knightsbridge and Belgravia. His stand-out deals include multiple sales at One Hyde Park and record-breaking multi-million pound sales in London’s golden postcodes.

In 2015, he was shortlisted for the Young Turk Award by Spear’s Wealth magazine and at the time was cited by industry colleagues as being ‘proactive, professional and passionate’.
