Estate agency recruitment specialist Rayner Personnel has awarded its north-west London franchise to experienced estate agent Ian Roberts.

Roberts has a 30-year track record in the industry, working at senior level for corporates GA Property Services and Your Move.

At Your Move, he was responsible for offices in north Surrey and south and east London for 21 years.

At Rayner Personnel, his territory will include all NW postcodes.

Roberts, who reckons to have taken on hundreds of people during his career, said: “It helps that I’ve been in employers’ shoes.”
