Savills is to launch a new TV advertising campaign this weekend – and could even share the same slot as easyProperty during ad breaks in ITV’s Sunday night drama Victoria.
Savills’ new campaign – A Savills Love Story – aims to bring homes, and our deep attachment to them, to life.
The two slightly surreal adverts – Beach and Park – evoke the emotional nature of a house move using the mechanic of talking houses.
Each shows a couple encountering their homes, both current and future, when out on the beach/at the park. It becomes clear that the couples are planning a house move and the conversations between them and the houses are typical of those between couples at key points in a relationship.
Alison Dean, head of consumer marketing at Savills, said: “Savills is a business which prides itself on its hunger, drive, and agility in a changing market.
“The 2017 campaign was a success and has given us the confidence to press forward. We want to challenge perceived perceptions of Savills, and to demonstrate the role we play in the emotionally turbulent business of moving home.”
