Rapidly expanding agency and property consultancy Fenn Wright has made its second acquisition this month, and its third inside a year.

Its latest purchase, for an undisclosed sum, is Colchester-based Newman Commercial.

East Anglia-focused Fenn Wright, which operates estate agency, property consultancy and chartered surveyor services, has made three acquisitions so far this year.

It acquired Thorntons Estate Agents in January and chartered surveyors Taylor & Company earlier this month.

Newman Commercial will keep its branding and partner Jeremy Newman will continue to lead the team.
