Stamford Bridge stadium provides venue for agent’s staff training day with property guru

London agent LiFE Residential hired space at Stamford Bridge stadium for a training session with Australian property guru Josh Phegan.

The training day was designed to heighten staff motivation.

Scott Ayliffe, director of sales and marketing at the firm, said: “Part of Josh’s seminar was about raising our standards.

“We know we are doing some things very well, but we want to be exceptionally good at what we do. There is always room to improve in business and we are aware of that, hence why we decided to host this in-house training.

“Having Josh with us has given us inspiration.

“He’s very engaging with the staff and I have no doubt that it will make a complete difference to our business in a short space of time.

“I believe our long ball game with Josh and his interaction with our staff will make a noticeable difference to our clients which is obviously our biggest aim.”
