Complaint about display of letting agent fees informally resolved

A complaint about the ‘tenant fees’ section on Belvoir’s website has been informally resolved.

A spokesperson for the Advertising Standards Authority said: “The complainant said the webpage didn’t include information about additional inventory fees and check-out fees and was therefore misleading.

“We contacted the advertiser who agreed to add the missing fees.”

    Strange, if this had been PurpleBricks there’d be 40 comments saying the same things that greet every post. Blog posts, tweets, and general outrage. Yet no comments whatsoever here. Presumably because it’s not PurpleBricks 🙂

      No – there were I believe 49 comments but all have been removed for moderation as they contained letters of the alphabet that, when jumbled up, added to and subtracted from, made weally weally woode anagwams about certain members of the the upper management tier of a certain company…
