Four new Winkworth launches to take network to almost 100

Winkworth Franchising is to launch four new outlets.

They are in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire; Kingsbury, London; Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire; and Brentford, west London.

This will bring the total number of offices to 60 in the capital and 97 nationwide.

Milford-on-Sea is due to open later this month, with Kingsbury in April and the remaining two in May.

Winkworth said it expects to see an increase in opportunities both to convert existing agencies to its brand and to grow new franchises over the course of the year.

Dominic Agace, CEO of Winkworth, said: “We have seen an increase in enquiries from business owners looking to convert to the Winkworth brand, and as a result we are moving confidently forward with our organic growth plan.

“Winkworth continues to attract high-quality individuals both externally and from within the business, and we ensure they each have the support they need to grow and evolve their franchises.”

The four offices will have access to Winkworth’s centralised database of buyers and sellers, plus comprehensive support and marketing services.

Cheltenham is to be owned and operated by Tom Mayfield who previously worked for Winkworth’s Dulwich office and Carter Jonas.

The Milford-on-Sea franchise will be run by Chris Collinge who already owned and established Winkworth’s successful office in nearby Sway.

The Kingsbury office will be owned by a new franchisee to Winkworth, Ajay Bathija, while the existing franchisee of Fulham, Parsons Green and Ladbroke Grove, Sohail Janjuha, is expanding his portfolio of offices into Brentford.
