Yorkshire estate agent Dacre Son & Hartley has promoted two of its staff to associate level.
Jason Preston, who has led Dacre Son & Hartley’s Settle office for the past four years, has been promoted to senior associate.
Lindsey Thomas, who joined the firm’s Harrogate office from Knight Frank last year, has been promoted to associate.
The company has 20 offices across Yorkshire and 164 members of staff.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential at Dacre Son & Hartley, said: “Jason has transformed the Settle office into the area’s leading operator in the sales and lettings markets since joining us.
“He has an impressive track record for consistently delivering excellent results for the business and is well-liked and regarded in the market place.
“He is also a very rare type of residential agent, as he can provide outstanding advice across multi disciplines, including commercial agency and land development, as well as across a wide spectrum of property styles and values. A true all-rounder, Jason manages his team very effectively and has a considered approach that is popular with vendors.
“Lindsey has more than 16 years’ residential property experience and she had an immediate impact since joining our Harrogate office last year.
“A really effective multi-skilled professional, Lindsey knows the Harrogate market place inside and out. She has taken on the day to day management of the office, focusing on delivering a high level of customer service to all of our clients, whilst also supporting Tim Waring in the expansion of our Prime Homes profile.”
So 2 people in a company keep the same jobs and are rewarded with an improved job title… slow news day eh?
