Picture of the Week – and we think this one’s a classic.
If, as they say, there is a story behind every picture, what on earth is going on here at Denisons, in Lymington, Hampshire?
Shot by our very own Nick Salmon who just happened to be passing by two days ago, several scenarios spring to mind.
Had this determined looking gentleman managed to lock himself out, and this was the best way of getting in?
Is this the way he always enters the office? Do customers also use this access?
Or was this the Grand Escape? Had an angry vendor suddenly appeared in the office, and was this the best or only way of removing himself from the scene?
Or maybe our man was simply inspecting the pot plants? Although if he was, where were the Elf & Safety police, who would surely have made him don a harness, hard hat, goggles and hi-vis?
On the other hand, maybe he was just going back to work after a smoking break. Or trying to make the window work (sashes do often get stuck) but on the other hand, this does seem a bit extreme.
We’ve love to know what was going on. As the truth is bound to be fairly mundane, your wild and convoluted theories are welcome!
The mundane! Making sure he gets the Xmas tree back in observance of the 12 days of Xmas. .Mindful of a difficult year ahead he doesnt want to tempt fate by leaving it out too long

I guess he would be about to take the Christmas tree down, or he is the new type of hybrid agent working from his bedroom over a high street agent!

Is a local property guru director expert having a problem with their internet connection, can’t get on the usual random number generator for a advice on value and comparables so is having to go old school analogue on stealing proper estate agent’s dead file data and hoping the valuation notes are on the desk?
