Relocation Agent Network has launched its annual referral prize draw to its member estate agents.

The competition’s top prize is a cheque for £5,000, the winners of which will be announced at Relocation Agent Network’s National Conference in November.

Throughout the next 12 months, the competition also allows individuals to win monthly prize draws.

Introduced in 2006 to promote the ‘referral network’, the competition rewards individual performance (referrals made) in each network member office.

Each monthly winner will receive £500 worth of store vouchers. As an additional incentive, should a monthly winner complete the second phase of the Network’s online referral training programme, The Importance of Customer Service, they will double their prize to £1,000 worth of store vouchers.

To complete the second phase, participants must attend three online training sessions, designed and hosted by the network’s in-house training manager.

When they have successfully completed the entire programme, participants become a relocation agent specialist. The entire programme consists of four customer service training sessions and three online.

Relocation Agent Network’s managing director Richard Tucker said: “Referrals are a key part of Relocation Agent Network membership, both as a valuable source of income to our members and as an important service provided to the relocating customers they help to move.”

At the latest awards, the RAN agent of the year was Richard James, in Northamptonshire.
