LiFE Residential, Charters and Martyn Gerrard have been named as the top brands for customer service on the raterAgent reviews website.
The agent reviews website looks at customer ratings on valuation achieved, speed of transaction, value for money, local knowledge, quality of staff and overall rating to find winners each year.
The top companies and individuals are then ranked according to their scores to find the best performing estate agency/lettings businesses and individuals nationally according to their customers. The awards are self-funded by raterAgent.
LiFE Residential was given a gold award while silver was reserved for Charters and bronze for Martyn Gerrard.

Hi Smile,
As an owner of a company in the top 50 it’s just about asking, asking and then asking again. Most people are happy to recommend if they have received a good service but it tends to be one of those things they never quite get around to.
We have started asking and the results have been amazing, it’s no more complicated than that.
