Andrews Property Group has announced that it has appointed Alison Nunez to lead its lettings and management business.
She joins from Countrywide, where she spent 15 years, and was retail director for the south of England for the past year.
Her move to Andrews follows the promotion of David Westgate to the role of group CEO when previous boss Michael Robson decided to retire.
Before her appointment as retail director for the south as part of Countrywide’s restructure in September 2015, Nunez had previously been lettings director for the south and central England.
As divisional managing director at Andrews she will assume responsibility for the entire lettings portfolio at Andrews, as well as the leasehold and asset management aspects of the business.
Nunez said: “I am enormously privileged to be joining such a prestigious and socially minded business – one that is well established and staffed by incredibly knowledgeable people.
“I feel very lucky and excited to be joining at this time as David takes up the leadership role and the group’s new branding continues to be rolled out. I am looking forward to getting to know the team better and to working closely with David to bring his vision for the business to life.”
