A regional independent firm has recruited a former Knight Frank agent as a director.

Long-standing Harrogate agent Tim Waring has joined Dacre, Son & Hartley where he will specialise in selling top-end homes across the company’s North Yorkshire office network.

He also joins the board at Dacre, which employs a 160-strong team across its 21 offices.

Waring has spent the last 11 years as Knight Frank’s office head in Harrogate. Prior to that he worked at Carter Jonas as the firm’s national head of residential.

Waring originally launched his property career as an 18-year-old at Dacre where he spent ten years.

He said: “This move is a fantastic opportunity to continue my career at an extremely well-known and successful, regional based firm.”
