Southern-based Kings Group enjoyed a series of triumphs at the ESTAS on Friday.
It swept the board with gold as the best regional estate agency group, and its Church Langley branch was also named as the best estate agency office in the UK. Its Edmonton office won bronze as the best agency office.
Dale Eddison also had a triumphant day, winning gold for the best local estate agency group, with its Ilkley branch picking up silver in the best estate agent office in the UK category.
Countrywide won gold as the best large estate agency group, while House Network and housesimple respectively won gold and silver in the best online agent category.
The letting agent awards were split into two – those agents rated by tenants, and those rated by landlords.
In the tenant category, gold was won by Caridon Property, followed by base property specialists, and Henley Charles Erdington.
In the landlord category, the winners were base, Buckley Frayne, and Robert Watts Clekheaton.
The awards were once again hosted by Phil Spencer.
