Romans has expanded close to London with its latest acquisition – that of Bennett Residential, a sales and lettings agency in Uxbridge, which has a London tube station.
The firm, which has been trading since 1988 and has a strong reputation, was sold to Romans for an undisclosed price.
Romans, which last month merged with Leaders, has a war chest of £30m for further purchases.
The firm currently has 28 branches across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Surrey.
Merger and acquisition director Peter Fuller made it clear that Romans is actively looking to expand into adjoining locations.
