Shopfitting specialist buys out estate agency display firm

A firm that specialises in making retail display products for the likes of Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Selfridges and Tesco has completed the purchase of a property display company.

Wrights Plastics, which has taken over specialist firm Mid West Displays, is now set to become a major player in the agency world.

Mid West Displays continues to trade under its own brand.

Wrights Plastics was established in 1969 and today has a turnover of £10m-plus. It employs 100 staff at West Bromwich and remains a family owned and run business.

Mid West Displays was formed in 2004 and is a leading supplier of window and interior display products for the property sector. Around 40 people are employed at its Shrewsbury headquarters.
