William H Brown, part of the Sequence network which is itself part of Connells Group, has acquired Christopher Kemp estate and letting agents in Lincolnshire for an undisclosed sum.
Christopher Kemp was established in Boston in 1989. Christopher Kemp himself is retiring.
All current members of staff have been retained.
Sequence and Connells have both emphasised that they continue to look for further acquisition opportunities.
Connells yesterday announced its purchase of major regional firm Rook Matthews Sayer, which has 16 branches.
