Metropix says that the six millionth floor plan has been produced via its online plan drawing tool.
It was produced by Bairstow Eves in Maidstone, Kent.
It was only 11 months ago that Metropix was marking the production of its five millionth floor plan.
Metropix MD Brian Farrell said: “The demand and usage of floor plans continue to increase every year.”
It prompts Eye to wonder – are there any agents producing sales particulars without floor plans?
Plenty. And long may they continue to lack. Gives me the edge.
