Savills has retained its position at the top of the estate agency league table in the 2016 UK Business Superbrand list for the eighth consecutive year, seeing off competition from rivals including Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker.
The Business Superbrands survey is independently administered by the Centre for Brand Analysis.
It brings together an expert council and 2,500 business professionals to identify the UK’s strongest business to business brands from an initial list of 1,500.
The criteria include quality, reliability and distinction, and no one can enter for the ‘awards’.
During the voting process all those involved are asked to consider the statement: “A Superbrand has established the finest reputation in its field. It offers customers significant emotional and/or tangible advantages over its competitors, which customers want and recognise.”
Mark Ridley, CEO of Savills UK and Europe, said: “That Savills has once again been ranked as the top UK real estate Superbrand is testament to the consistent world class service we offer and that the values voters look for are second nature throughout our business.
“As a company expands it can be all too easy to lose sight of the values that have made you a success, but the fact that both our clients and peers continue to recognise Savills as the best of the best is proof we have successfully embedded these qualities at the core of everything we do.”
Savills, established in 1855, has over 700 offices throughout the world, employing over 30,000 people.
