Sales Negotiator

LOCATION: West Yorkshire

SALARY: £17,000 – £17,000
OTE: £30,000

Our client is a very successful independent estate agent with branches in West and North Yorkshire, who are now looking for an experienced residential sales negotiator for one their branches in the Leeds area.

You will have experience of the role, be really sales orientated, proactive and dynamic, willing to go the extra mile to achieve that sale.

In addition, if you have some valuation experience all the better, as you may be called upon to provide valuer cover.

You must:

• Have outstanding negotiation skills.
• Be keen to develop a long term career in the sector.
• Ambitious and committed, with the drive to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Strives for excellence at all times, delivering impeccable customer service.
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious, with a clear passion for property and estate agency.
• Extremely smart and well presented at all times, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Be commercially aware and understand your market.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
• Able to work to targets.
• A willingness to go the extra mile.

Salary

• Good basic salary plus a generous commission scheme for the high achiever.
