Tragedy as promising young estate agent killed with his fiancee

An estate agent and his fiancée have been killed in a car crash shortly before their wedding day.

Shahbaz Bhim, 23, who worked for haart in Leicester city centre, had been going to marry Sana Sutaria, 24, in the New Year.

The pair died in the crash on the A46 in Nottingham.

She had trained to be a teacher, while he had a strong entrepreneurial streak.

He made it to the final six of a competition for National Entrepreneur of the Year with an idea for a mobile non-alcoholic cocktail bar. He did not drink alcohol, and felt that a bar offering interesting soft drinks could be hired out at weddings and parties.

Friends said Mr Bhim was an exceptional and generous man, committed to helping others less fortunate both at home and abroad, and that the pair had had their whole lives ahead of them. Tributes have been pouring in since the tragedy.

His colleagues at haart said: “We are all absolutely devastated and send our deepest condolences to his family. Rest in peace Shahbaz.”
