A new head of lettings has been appointed at Connells Residential, part of the Connells Group.

Connells has been opening an average of three new lettings branches per month since January 2012.

Kevin Day has nearly 30 years’ experience in the industry, all within the Connells Group and its subsidiary companies.

He began his career at Fox & Sons as an office junior before quickly rising through the ranks to become lettings area director for Sequence UK.

In this position, he covered the south and south-east region.

Commenting on the new appointment, Connells Group lettings managing director Stephen Nation said: “We are delighted to appoint Kevin to this new position.

“His breadth of experience and leadership capabilities will be an asset as we continue our rapid expansion plan within the Connells lettings division.

“Our Connells lettings branch network currently stands at 126 and we have ambitions to grow this to 160 branches by the end of next year.

“Since January 2012, the Connells Group has opened on average over three lettings branches per month.”
