Is this the shortest open day ever?

Could this be the shortest open day in history?

This property, on with Purplebricks, has an open day on December 5.

By appointment only, the open day lasts from 10am until 11am.

It’s an open and shut case –  the open day should be re-branded to open hour.

It’s here

open day

When will vendors realise that the open hour is not for their benefit?

Same time they wake up, smell the coffee – and stop acting upon idiotic TV adverts!

Great idea if the vendor want’s to sell quickly at less than market value, I wonder if P Bricks are buying it themselves as an investment and don’t want much competition………T Standards!

Oh dear. Onlinies at their ‘cost-saving’ best. If they sell it it’ll guarantee Brick’s fee but not secure the best price for the vendor. At least they could have made it 2 hours and showed they cared!

If PB is open and does most of its business when many high street agencies are closed, mid-morning might not be the best time to have an open hour. Why not later?

“Large Loft Room” so 3 levels of accommodation?

“accessed by retractable ladders” so it is in fact Loft Space not a Room ie no building regulations unless they are slightly more relaxed in that neck of the woods!

I net every buyer in the last 2 years via PB has a very good case for some CPR compo!
