Well, I was decidedly cheered, never having been an agent, to achieve 60% while our managing director Nick Salmon, who has spent years in the industry, could only muster a paltry 40%.
Ha!
However, we are both quietly seething that Mr Eye, who has very little to do with property other than being a sub-editor on this site, romped home an easy winner with 70%.
Honestly, how very dare he?
Furthermore, Mr Eye is now suggesting that he should not keep his valuation skills to himself but should market them.
Anyone know a good divorce lawyer?
