An independent estate agency launched less than three years ago is relocating to a new headquarters after outgrowing its original office following a period of rapid growth.

Rowe & Co, based in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire, is moving to larger premises on Winchester Road that are more than three times the size of its current headquarters.

The expansion follows a strong first half of 2026, during which the agency took on more properties than it did throughout the whole of last year. The business has also reported a significant increase in instructions and average asking prices compared with the same period in 2025.

Founded in December 2023, the agency says the move will provide additional space to support its continued growth and expanding client base across the local market.

Founder Rob Rowe said: “We opened our doors at a time when the property market was facing significant uncertainty, so to have reached the point where we need a much larger office so quickly is a milestone for the whole team.

“Many estate agencies have become larger and more centralised in recent years. What we’re seeing locally is that homeowners still value personal service, local knowledge and being able to deal directly with people who know their area.”

He added: “The support we’ve received from homeowners across Chandler’s Ford and the surrounding communities has enabled us to invest, grow and create opportunities for the future.”

The agency’s new office is located directly opposite its original premises, allowing it to remain in the centre of Chandler’s Ford while providing additional space for staff, clients and future recruitment. As part of its expansion, Rowe & Co has appointed Luke Blackburn as branch partner.

The new office officially opens on 27 June and will be marked by a community open day featuring refreshments, family activities and the opportunity for local residents to meet the team.
