Valuation leads jump for agents, says Rightmove

Rightmove says estate agents are receiving significantly more valuation opportunities this year, with property valuation leads generated through the portal rising by 55% compared with the first five months of 2025.

The property portal attributes the increase to the launch of its online agent valuation service and a series of AI-powered enhancements designed to help agents identify, prioritise and respond to prospective sellers more efficiently.

The tools enable homeowners to begin the valuation process online before arranging an in-person appointment, while also helping agents manage enquiries and communicate with potential vendors more quickly.

David Anderson, director at Rightmove, said: “While more home-movers are choosing to start their selling journey online, they want contact with a local expert as early as possible. Our Online Agent Valuation product is designed to meet that need, helping agents connect with motivated sellers in a way that’s both quick and personal.

“Combined with enhancements to our wider valuation tools, we’re helping agents manage leads more efficiently and focus their time where it matters most, building relationships and winning new instructions.”
