Cornwall-based estate and letting agency Lang Llewellyn & Co has expanded its footprint in the county with the acquisition of St Austell lettings business RPM Lettings.
The deal strengthens Lang Llewellyn’s presence in the mid-Cornwall rental market and marks the latest stage in the company’s growth strategy across the region.
RPM Lettings will continue to operate from St Austell under local management, with experienced property professional Elliott Newman leading the office. Landlords and tenants will retain a local point of contact while gaining access to the wider resources, systems and support offered by Lang Llewellyn.
The acquisition comes amid continued consolidation within the lettings sector, as agencies look to grow managed portfolios and extend their reach into new markets.
