Independent estate agency Up Estates has continued its regional expansion with the opening of a new office in Rugby – its third branch in the town.
The new branch, located on Regent Street in the CV21 area, will provide both residential sales and lettings services, strengthening the company’s presence across the local market and increasing accessibility for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Founded in 2012, Up Estates has grown steadily over the past decade, building its local footprint and establishing a strong reputation for residential agency services. The latest opening forms part of the company’s continued investment in high street locations and expansion of its branch network.
The agency said the new Rugby office will allow it to support growing demand from homeowners and landlords in the area, while also creating additional visibility for its sales and lettings operations.
Company director Simon Gallacher told EYE: “The Rugby census of recent past years shows what is evident when spending time in the area – huge population growth and a town with excellent positive momentum. With highly sought-after independent and grammar schools, as well as outstanding state provision, a train station providing a one-hour commute to London, new communities like Houlton – for many Rugby is the place to be. We want to be part of it all!
“With the success of our nearby Nuneaton & Coventry offices, staff living in the town already, and good prior experience of operating here, we wanted to put down roots and offer our fixed fee model more directly with this new office.”
“With a very popular fixed fee model, the company has further plans for growth and expansion locally, and looks forward to serving the residents of Rugby for all their sales and lettings requirements.”
