Savills appoints new leaders in Brook Green and Cirencester offices

Savills has appointed Ben Hunt as head of its Brook Green office in west London, succeeding Paul Christian, who has moved to Cirencester to take on the role of head of residential.
Hunt joins as a director with more than 25 years’ experience in the London residential market. He previously worked at Winkworth, where he operated across its Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush offices.
In his new role, Hunt will oversee residential sales across Brook Green, Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith and Brackenbury Village, working alongside teams in Chiswick and Ealing and across the wider Savills network.
Christian, who has led the Brook Green office since 2024, will now be based in Cirencester. He will work across Savills’ south west network, including offices in Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham, Banbury, Bath, Bristol and Oxford.

Lee Koffman joins the London Broker

Lee Koffman has joined the London Broker as an agent.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in the residential market, including 16 years at Aston Chase and six years at Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was director and head of North West London.
Koffman brings more than 30 years of front-line experience, having spent 16 years at Aston Chase and a further six years at Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was Director and Head of North West London.
His appointment reflects the London Broker’s ambition to attract exceptional brokers as it builds out its independent, broker-only platform.
Koffman said: “After a 30-year career in the prime and super-prime markets, including my time at Aston Chase and Sotheby’s International Realty, I’ve taken the step of going independent by joining the London Broker.
“This broker-only model is built on trusted relationships with both vendors and buyers, as well as close collaboration with some of London’s most respected buying agencies and leading solicitors.
“The London Broker felt like a natural fit, sharing the same values that have guided my career: integrity, trust, and transparency. I’m particularly excited to be working alongside Rupert and the wider team as I take this next step.”

Bradley Hall promotes Paul Andrew to Yorkshire director

Bradley Hall has promoted Paul Andrew to director of its Yorkshire operation.
Andrew, who joined the firm in 2024 as head of office, now moves into a role within Bradley Hall’s national operating model, which combines locally led offices with central support.
The promotion comes as the firm continues to expand its network, with recent additions in locations including Manchester, Oxfordshire and Birmingham.
Andrew commented: “Since joining Bradley Hall, I have seen the strength of the business model and the increased demand for our services across all four corners of Yorkshire and over into the North West.
“It’s a really exciting time to be at Bradley Hall, with almost 100 members of staff now working for clients across 12 national offices, 40 of which are RICS Registered Valuers. Our central teams, such as Marketing, HR and Finance, ensure that wherever we are in the country, we have access to consistent support and infrastructures, allowing us to further develop our offering to clients nationwide.
