LSL Estate Agency Franchising has announced that Fahren Estate Agents will join the Your Move franchise network, with owner Julian Ahmed positioning the move as part of a wider growth strategy.
The Bournemouth-based agency, which has operated locally since 2000, will rebrand as Your Move Fahren following the transition.
The business also plans to expand further across Dorset, either independently or in partnership with other franchise operators, as part of its next phase of growth.
Ahmed said: “Having looked at various franchise options, we felt the Your Move brand was the perfect fit for us. I wanted my independence but added support and expertise from a national brand that would help future proof the company.
“The Your Move name has a strong reputation nationwide, their market power and marketing capabilities will help us to continue our growth across Bournemouth offering even more value to our customers.
“The opportunity for us to network with other franchise partners, share best practice and continue to learn whilst feeling part of a wider team has such a strong appeal to us and I know it will be a great fit.”
Natalie Parks, franchise director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, commented: “We are delighted that Julian has chosen to convert to a Your Move franchise and we can’t wait to start working with him and the team. They have built a strong business with a great reputation across Bournemouth. He and the team will benefit from a wide range of services we provide, such as networking opportunities, cost savings and central support from our team of experts.”
The transition will take place over the coming months as the team undergo training and customers are transferred into the CRM systems. They are hoping to complete the transition within the next six months to ensure their customers continue to receive the best service possible.
