Reapit has launched the next phase of its Reapit AI (RAI) platform, extending AI functionality within its estate agency software.
The update introduces three components: a voice-led AI copilot, a marketplace for task-specific AI agents, and a no-code tool for building custom agents.
The copilot is designed for mobile use, supporting agents with tasks such as preparing for viewings, accessing property and applicant information, and recording follow-up actions. The AppMarket provides access to AI tools for functions including sales progression, compliance checks and administration.

RAI is built on Reapit’s existing dataset and workflows across sales, lettings and compliance, with actions logged and auditable within the system.
The wider platform already includes AI-driven photo enhancement. Additional features, including an AI viewing assistant and applicant entry tools, are scheduled for release in May and June respectively. Third-party agents will be able to list tools in the AppMarket from June, with the copilot expected to launch in summer 2026, followed by the no-code builder.

Dawson Scott, Reapit’s chief technology officer, said: “RAI lives with the agent, wherever their day takes them. It shows up at the right moment, it listens, it prepares, it remembers, and it brings the right context. RAI Copilot is a true assistant that amplifies your work and helps you focus on what matters most, your clients.”
Mark Armstrong, CEO at Reapit, added: “Five years ago, we opened up PropTech with the first app market for this industry. We’re doing it again for AI. Innovation in estate agency shouldn’t sit behind closed doors, and with RAI – it doesn’t have to.”
