Major property firm rebrands following acquisition

Network Auctions has rebranded as BTG Eddisons Property Auctions following its acquisition by the national auctioneer in December.

The London-based firm is the fourth business to join the group, alongside Pugh, SDL Property Auctions and Mark Jenkinson, which were brought together under a single brand in February. Together, the firms sold more than £375m of property and land in 2025.

The addition expands the group’s national presence, combining regional operations under one brand. The business now offers multiple auction formats, including livestream and timed sales, and is expected to bring around 350 residential, commercial and land lots to market each month.

Andrew Parker, partner and auctioneer at BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, said: “The addition of Network Auctions further strengthens our offering to a diverse client base, including businesses, private individuals, local authorities and other public sector bodies seeking to unlock value from surplus assets.

“Operating under a single national brand enables us to deliver greater reach and resource to our clients, while Network Auctions benefits from the scale of the enlarged platform and access to BTG’s wider financial and real estate services.”

BTG Eddisons Property Auctions operates across the UK through regional offices, handling property and land sales for private and public sector clients. The business offers livestream and timed auction formats, allowing buyers and sellers to participate remotely.

The consolidation of the auction businesses follows the wider rebrand of Begbies Traynor Group to BTG. Eddisons, the Leeds-based property consultancy acquired by the group 11 years ago, has also been renamed BTG Eddisons.

Network Auctions director Toby Limbrick commented: “This is a really positive step for us. We’ve built a strong reputation in the market over the years, and becoming part of BTG Eddisons Property Auctions gives us the platform to take that even further.

“It means we can offer our clients greater reach, more resource and access to a broader range of buyers, while still delivering the same personal service. Being part of a larger national business also opens up new opportunities for growth, both in London and beyond, which is hugely exciting for us.”
