Propertymark invites members to join agent advisory board

Propertymark, in partnership with REACH UK, is inviting member agents to join its Agent Advisory Board, with the first session set for 13 May 2026 in Westminster, London.

This is a working forum, not a talking shop. Agents will get early access to the 2026 REACH UK cohort and assess new tools against the day-to-day pressures of running an agency—from compliance to efficiency.

Designed for agents already adopting technology, the Board offers a structured way to test what works. Participants review solutions, challenge founders and help shape which tools move forward to pilot and rollout.

REACH UK, operated by Second Century Ventures, runs a nine-month scale-up programme for companies tackling real operational challenges across lettings, sales and property management—focused on solutions that can be implemented in practice.

The 13 May session will be the first interaction between participating agents and the new cohort, shortly after the companies are announced.

Participants will:

+ Compare notes with peers already внедging tech in live environments
+ Test solutions against regulatory and operational demands
+ Make faster, better-informed decisions on adoption
+ Cut through the noise on what’s worth implementing now

The day will combine small-group sessions with founders and a facilitated discussion led by Nathan Emerson, CEO of Propertymark, focused on the realities agents are navigating now.

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, said: “This board is designed for agents who are actively thinking about how technology fits into their business. It creates a structured way to engage early with solutions and assess what genuinely works in practice.”

Natasha Terinova, managing partner at REACH UK, added: “We work with agents who are not just interested in innovation but are applying it. The Agent Advisory Board allows for consistent engagement throughout the programme, starting with the first interaction between the cohort and the industry.”
