Savills adds to new homes team in Norfolk

Savills has added to its new homes team in Norfolk with the appointment of sales manager Daniel Howell.
Howell joins the firm’s Norwich office following four years working for independent estate agency Hammond & Stratford in Attleborough – most recently as assistant manager.
As part of the Residential Development Sales (RDS) team at Savills he will be responsible for guiding buyers through the sales process, as well advising housebuilders on how best to market their homes.
Howell said: “I have lived in Norfolk all my life and the county’s property market is one I know well. I’m thrilled to be taking this next step in my career – further expanding my industry knowledge and using my experience to ensure new and existing clients can make the most of the opportunities ahead.
“Buyer confidence, mortgage rates and availability have all seen improvements compared to where they were a year ago and – despite some ongoing headwinds – demand for new build homes continues to be strong.”
Tom Amis, who leads the new homes department at Savills in Norfolk, added: “His [Howell’s] knowledge of the local property market will be a real asset, reflecting our continued commitment to strengthening our teams and further enhancing our capacity to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
