A new technology platform has been launched by Moveli designed specifically for self-employed estate agents operating within its broker-led model.
The platform provides brokers with a single dashboard to track pipeline, performance and business activity, replacing the need for spreadsheets and other manual workarounds.
The launch forms part of a wider technology programme at Moveli, with further tools and features planned. Future updates are expected to include an AI assistant, with the long-term aim of developing a fully AI-integrated brokerage platform.
The firm’s co-founder, Ben Littlewood, said: “Traditional estate agency tech was built for offices, not independent brokers. This platform is the first step in building infrastructure specifically for the broker-led model.”
Co-founder Chris Littlewood said: added: “This first release lays the foundations of a much bigger technology roadmap. Our aim is to build a platform that genuinely supports how modern brokers operate, with automation and AI integrated into the core of the system.”
