The Estate Agent Consultancy has partnered with Toby Martin, a UK property trainer and consultant and regular contributor to Property Industry Eye, to help sales and letting agents increase their visibility and attract more instructions.

Martin has over 15 years of experience in estate agency, having worked in multiple roles and run his own business before moving into training and consultancy in 2024. He specialises in personality-led marketing and video content strategy and is a frequent keynote speaker in the sector.

Under the partnership, Martin will work with The Estate Agent Consultancy team to provide training, consultancy, and practical support aimed at helping agents win more instructions and grow their businesses. He will also launch a new service focused on helping agents produce consistent, effective content for their local markets.
