
Chestertons appoints Adam Jennings as head of residential
Chestertons has appointed Adam Jennings as Head of Residential. He will oversee the company’s Sales and Lettings operations.
Jennings joined Chestertons 11 years ago as an Associate Manager in Wandsworth. He has since held several senior roles, including Area Director of Central London, Regional Director of South West London and Head of Lettings.
During his time leading the Lettings division, the business recorded 18% year-on-year growth. He was also named Business Leader of the Year within Campions Group.
Commenting on his appointment, Jennings said he aims to strengthen coordination between the Sales and Lettings teams and build on recent performance.
The promotion reflects the company’s policy of appointing senior leaders from within the business.

Steve Schiller, formerly of Hamptons, joins Harding Green as partner

Former Hamptons agent, Steven Schiller, who has more than 20 years of experience working in prime central London has joined Harding Green as a partner.

Colliers strengthens Residential and Living team with strategic new hire

Colliers has appointed Edmund Hendry as a director in its Living Capital Markets team in London.
Hendry began his career at Colliers in 2012 as a graduate. He returns to the firm with more than 10 years’ experience in the living sector, where he has advised on investment, operations, development and value-add strategies, with a focus on purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner in the Student Accommodation Capital Markets team. He has also held roles at Fresh and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
