Estate agency sets sights on expansion following acquisition of large HQ

Minors and Brady has acquired a 4,800 sq ft building in Norwich, which it plans to convert into its new headquarters, bringing all of its operations under one roof.

The independent agency, founded in 2014 by Jamie Minors and Alex Brady, has expanded to a team of 90 agents across Norfolk and Suffolk.

The estate agency, which currently operates branches in Caister, Dereham, Diss, Norwich, Oulton Broad, and Wroxham, plans to create more than 30 new positions across sales, lettings, and mortgages this year.

According to a social media post, Minors and Brady described the acquisition as part of its plans for “investing in the future.”

“Our key focus is to deliver unrivalled training and development for our people, coupled with the centralisation of departments to drive greater efficiency and collaboration,” the company stated.
