AI startup Nesti appoints Peter Rollings and Louisa Fletcher as Board Advisors

Peter Rollings

London-based PropTech company Nesti has appointed Peter Rollings and Louisa Fletcher as board advisors. Rollings has also invested in Nesti and is now a shareholder.

The advisors will support the leadership team as the company expands its operations across the UK residential sales and lettings market, including the use of its AI-driven Voice, Avatar, and Messaging platform.

Rollings has previous experience as managing director at Foxtons and in the acquisition and growth of Marsh & Parsons. He currently serves as a non-executive director at Foxtons, Viewber, and Squarefoot Capital.

Rollings commented: “When I first encountered Nesti, I was immediately struck by its potential to raise standards across the property industry. Having experienced first-hand how poorly enquiries are often handled, I know only too well how easily opportunities are lost.

“Nesti removes the unrealistic expectation that every call will always be answered perfectly by busy teams. Instead, it ensures enquiries are handled professionally, key information is captured, and genuine opportunities aren’t reduced to vague promises of a call back.”

Louisa Fletcher

Fletcher is a fractional CMO and proptech consultant with more than 25 years’ experience working across the UK residential property and technology sectors.

She commented: “Nesti is harnessing AI to tackle some of the most practical challenges facing agents today, particularly around high-quality enquiry handling, responsiveness and consistent messaging.  Their unique solution of Avatar, Voice and WhatsApp messaging truly fills a gap in the market, and performance gains in the platform over the last 12 months have led to a superior product, which has already established itself as essential for early-adopter agents.

“I’m looking forward to supporting the team on their fast growth strategy as they continue to scale, and helping to ensure that the technology delivers real commercial value and a point of differentiation for agents in the UK market.”

Morgan Edmondson, Nesti co-founder and CEO, added: “Peter and Louisa bring two highly complementary perspectives to Nesti.  Peter has led large-scale estate agency businesses and understands the operational realities that agents face on a daily basis, while Louisa brings deep experience in technology, marketing and how proptech is successfully adopted within the sector.

“Their combined insights have already proven invaluable as we’ve been gearing up for the execution of our go-to-market plan for 2026, and will continue to do so as we develop the platform and support agents of all sizes moving forward.”

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty strengthens country residential expertise

Phoebe Roberts

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Helen Whitfield and Phoebe Roberts to its country residential team in the Cotswolds. The pair have nearly two decades of combined experience in prime residential sales.

Whitfield joins as senior sales director. She previously worked at Savills’ Putney lettings division, led the Strutt & Parker Oxford office, and was a partner at Butler Sherborn in Stow-on-the-Wold, where she advised clients on high-value properties in the region.

Whitfield commented: “The Cotswolds is attracting a new generation of HNW buyers drawn to its rich heritage, strong sense of community and distinctive rural lifestyle. With Sotheby’s International Realty’s exceptional heritage and global reputation, we are well placed to support clients in this evolving prime country market.”

Roberts joins as sales director, also from Butler Sherborn. Born and raised in the Cotswolds, she offers an extensive understanding of the local market, its villages and communities, and the lifestyle elements that continue to drive demand for prime country homes across the area.

Helen Whitfield

Roberts said: “Having lived in the Cotswolds my whole life, it’s incredibly rewarding to help clients discover all that this exceptional region has to offer. I’m excited to be working alongside some of the industry’s most experienced advisers, and to deliver the thoughtful, high-quality service our clients expect and deserve.”

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty announced its strategic expansion into the Cotswolds in April 2024, building on its established presence across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey. Since then, the brokerage has continued to strengthen its foothold in the region, expanding its carefully curated team of country specialists and achieving a series of notable sales.

Andrew Barnes, senior country sales director at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, added: “After a strong 2025 and witnessing firsthand the rising demand for prime Cotswolds homes, expanding our team in the region was a natural step. Helen and Phoebe bring great local knowledge and a proven track record with discerning clients, making them ideal additions to our team.”
