Alto reports solid growth in full-year results

Alto has reported growth across 2025, with sales increasing 37% year-on-year.

The company reports that it added more new users over the year than its nearest UK CRM competitors. Growth accelerated in the final quarter, with sales in Q4 2025 up 76% compared with the same period in 2024. December saw a 91% increase in sales year-on-year and represented the company’s strongest December since 2020.

The Q4 results concluded a year of steady performance throughout 2025.

“Last year was a defining year for Alto,” said Nick Shaw, chief revenue officer at Alto. “2025 was our strongest year of growth to date, and Q4 was the perfect way to close it out. Delivering one of the best quarters in the company’s history shows that Alto’s momentum is real, repeatable, and accelerating.”

Shaw added:  “What’s changed isn’t just the numbers, it’s the confidence we’re seeing from agents.

“Growth like this only happens when trust is earned over time. We’ve focused relentlessly on getting the fundamentals right, onboarding faster than ever, embedding responsive support that is now earning rave reviews  – and then building innovation on top of that foundation. Agents are choosing Alto because it delivers, day in and day out, and they see the value almost immediately. That tells us we’re not just winning business – we’re winning trust.”

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, CEO of Alto, said:  “2025 was the year our strategy truly clicked into place. The results we’ve seen are the outcome of sharper focus, clearer leadership, and an unwavering commitment to building a platform for agents that genuinely lives up the promise of being the last CRM they’ll ever need.

“The strength of our year-end performance gives us huge confidence heading into 2026. Belief in Alto is growing again; not because of bold promises, but because of consistent execution. We’ve invested heavily in service, stability, and product quality, and we’re now in a position where innovation is accelerating from a strong foundation. That combination is what’s driving sustained growth.”

EYE requested supporting data or actual figures from Alto to verify the percentage growth cited. The company declined to provide this information. Absolute revenue figures are not publicly disclosed, according to a company spokesperson.
