How can AI help agents market more efficiently?

Toby Martin

Toby Martin and Simon Leadbetter will host a free live webinar examining how agents can build more effective marketing plans for 2026 using artificial intelligence and customer data.

The 45-minute session, Your 2026 Marketing Plan, takes place on Tuesday 20 January at 12pm and looks at two areas increasingly influencing estate agency marketing: the use of AI to improve efficiency and the role of customer data in informing decision-making.

While many agencies are active across multiple marketing channels, a large proportion continue to operate without a clearly defined marketing plan. Activity is often reactive, with messaging and tactics shaped by short-term priorities rather than longer-term objectives.

The webinar will outline how AI can support agents in planning, prioritising and repurposing marketing activity, helping to reduce duplication and focus effort more effectively. It will also introduce how Experian customer data can be used to improve audience targeting and message relevance.

Although customer insight has been widely used in sectors such as retail and financial services, its adoption within estate agency marketing is still developing. The session will show how agents can begin using data to better understand their target audiences, including who they are trying to reach, what influences decision-making, and how messaging can be adapted in a competitive market.

Rather than focusing on individual tools, Martin and Leadbetter will discuss how AI and data can support a more structured approach to marketing planning, moving agencies towards more consistent and measurable activity.

The webinar is aimed at estate agency owners, directors, lettings managers and others responsible for marketing or growth. It will conclude with a live Q&A session.

The session is free to attend and will be delivered online. Places can be reserved here.
