Foxtons teams up with IAG Loyalty to reward clients with Avios

Foxtons has partnered with IAG Loyalty, the company behind Avios, to allow customers to earn reward points on property transactions.

Under the agreement, customers using Foxtons to sell, let or manage a property can collect up to 30,000 Avios.

Existing Foxtons landlords who add property management services can earn 20,000 Avios.

The scheme is available to members of the British Airways Club, who must link their My Foxtons account to their British Airways account before instructing the agency.

Foxtons said the partnership is intended to support take-up of its property management services and sales activities in the London market.

Foxtons said the partnership with IAG Loyalty is informed by research it commissioned on landlord behaviour. The study found that most landlords review their agency relationship every two to three years, and over 80% indicated that a reward scheme could influence their decision to switch agents.

The research also highlighted that ongoing rewards are linked to a positive brand experience and can support long-term loyalty. Foxtons said the partnership aims to encourage greater take-up of its services among landlords.

Guy Gittins, CEO at Foxtons, commented: “This partnership is another way we’re adding value for our customers and strengthening what makes Foxtons unique. It supports our focus on attracting and retaining landlords, growing our share of the London market, and supporting more customers with our property management services. As the only UK estate agent where people can earn Avios, we’re giving customers an additional benefit when they choose to let or sell in London.”

Rob McDonald, IAG Loyalty Chief Commercial Officer, commented: “Landlords who choose Foxtons’ property management services can now be rewarded with Avios, providing even greater value as they manage their property portfolios, while homeowners can start the new year with new rewards, thanks to the sales and letting proposition.”
