Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has announced the launch of a new website, featuring an updated design and additional tools for users.
The estate agency said the site has been developed to improve usability across desktop and mobile devices and to support property search and management. New features include instant valuation reports and a “MyMove” hub, which allows users to manage property searches, set alerts, track changes and save listings.
The website also includes updated area guides, providing information on local schools, transport links, amenities, council tax and property prices.
According to KFH, the changes are intended to support buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants by providing clearer information and improved digital tools.
John Ennis, chief revenue officer at Lomond, which owns KFH, said: “We’re incredibly proud to launch our new website, which not only better reflects our workplace culture and values but also strengthens our position in the London lettings market with new and improved features and tools.
“As a leading business in the London property sector, we recognise the fundamental importance of presenting a strong brand identity and offering a website that gives users the most up-to-date and relevant information for clients and customers.
“Searching online is the beginning of so many people’s housing journey whether that is to rent, let, buy or sell, and so we’re delighted our improved website fully reflects the absolute best-in-class service we provide across the business.”
