Spicerhaart appoints new estate agency director

Spicerhaart has announce the appointment of a new estate agency director with experience spanning four decades.
Russell Champion joins haart from Fine & Country where he was director for South East Cornwall and Plymouth.
Champion started his career in estate agency aged 17 and went on to hold senior positions at Francis Stuart, Countrywide and Fine & Country before joining Spicerhaart. He will now oversee eight of haart’s branches in Devon, Somerset and Wiltshire.
He said: “When I started in 1999 all you had was a phone, a pen and paper. We had to make things happen, call people up and knock on doors.
“That proactive approach has stuck with me and it’s something I will always champion – picking up the phone, keeping clients well informed, and building those relationships.
“haart’s teams across the South West do a great job and I’m eager to get stuck in.”
Keiron Humphreys, chapter managing director at Spicerhaart, commented: “Russell is an outstanding addition to our leadership team. His track record, local knowledge and passion for getting back to the fundamentals of estate agency make him the ideal person to lead our haart business in the West of England.”
