OneDome has entered into a £7.5m media-for-equity agreement with Channel 4 Ventures, the investment arm of Channel 4. The deal includes an initial £5m investment, with a further £2.5m subject to performance targets.
The investment will fund a national TV advertising campaign in 2026 to promote OneDome’s HomeBuyer Service — a fixed-price product that combines mortgage advice, conveyancing, and transaction management. The service is delivered through OneDome’s digital homebuying platform.
In anticipation of increased consumer enquiries following the campaign, OneDome is seeking to expand its adviser network. The company is aiming to recruit up to 500 self-employed brokers and advisory firms to manage the expected lead volume.
All brokers joining the network will be able to trade under the OneDome brand or use the endorsement “Powered by OneDome” alongside their own. The HomeBuyer Service, which will be promoted via national TV, will be offered exclusively through brokers within the OneDome Growth Partners network,
Separately, OneDome is introducing a new product for homeowners, OneDome Remo, which packages remortgage advice and conveyancing into a fixed-price service. The offering follows a similar structure to the HomeBuyer Service and is intended to streamline the remortgage process.
Babek Ismayil, founder & CEO of OneDome, said: “We’re entering a new era for home-buying and remortgage services. Consumers no longer want to juggle multiple providers — they want a simple, convenient, end-to-end experience. OneDome was built to deliver exactly that. Our upcoming national campaign will raise awareness of the HomeBuyer Service and drive unprecedented demand.
We’re looking for experienced, ambitious brokers and business owners who want to be part of what’s becoming a national brand — one promoting a better home-buying and mortgage journey on national TV with a multi-million-pound marketing budget.
Whether you’re an established self-employed broker aiming to grow your income or a progressive business owner scaling your firm, join the UK’s first technology- and brand-led mortgage network — now set to become a household name.”
Vinay Solanki, head of Channel 4 Ventures, commented: “This partnership is yet another example of how Channel 4 can create significant commercial benefits for the businesses that collaborate with us, pairing the unrivalled power of TV advertising with our investment expertise. OneDome is tackling one of the toughest and most important consumer challenges — making the home buying journey simpler, faster and more transparent. It is already one of the fastest growing scale ups in the UK, and we believe it has the potential to transform how people approach one of life’s biggest financial decisions. We’re delighted to partner with Babek and the OneDome team as long-term partners, bringing the reach of Channel 4’s platform to help scale the brand nationally. Their vision and execution are impressive, and we look forward to supporting them as they continue to innovate, expand and make home ownership more accessible for millions of people.”
