A new independent estate agency has opened its doors in Stourbridge, promising a more personal approach to buying and selling homes.

Morgan Howels & Parry, based in the village of Kniver and with offices on the local High Street, has been founded by Sarah Morgan, Maz Lucien-Howles, and Marina Parry – a trio bringing experience from sales, accountancy, and project management.

The estate agency will focus primarily on property sales, with no clear plans to expand into lettings just yet.

Morgan commented: “We want to offer a more personal service and to really know our houses.

“We want to make everyone’s dream house come true!

“It’s rare to see women dominate in the property industry or be running estate agents, so we’re doing it for the girls rocking some girl powers as well!”
