Lomond has confirmed it is merging the Draker brand across its three prime central London offices with the larger and better-known Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) network.

The transition will see KFH branding – featuring a blend of Draker’s signature blue and KFH’s distinctive style – rolled out at the former Draker branches in Sloane Square, Notting Hill, and Fulham & Parsons Green. Existing team members from both brands will remain in place and begin working together under the KFH name.

As part of the integration, teams across Fulham, Parsons Green, and Notting Hill are consolidating operations to support more efficient collaboration. KFH Fulham and Chelsea will now operate as KFH Fulham Broadway, and Draker Sloane Square has been formally added to the KFH network.

This merger follows Lomond’s acquisition of Draker in May 2025. The business was established 15 years ago by Tim Hassell, a former Foxtons director. Now, with Lomond’s backing, the merged teams will benefit from enhanced scale and resources.

KFH, which Lomond acquired in January 2025, operates more than 60 branches across London, offering traditional sales and lettings services, as well as property management and related professional services.
