Ashbrookes Group and NextGen Finance announce strategic partnership

Ashbrookes Group has announced a new strategic partnership with NextGen Finance, expanding its range of services to homeowner, investor and developer clients across the North East.

Ashbrookes runs estate agency branches in Middlesbrough, Yarm and Sunderland, and has a successful property development arm. Part of the national Simpli Financial Solutions network, NextGen Finance is a brokerage firm based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne with offices on the Quayside.

The new alliance offers a comprehensive suite of financial services alongside its core sales and lettings activities. Ashbrookes can now provide mortgage brokerage services to help residential or buy-to-let owners and investors, as well as development loans for builders and developers.

Arif Mushtaq, CEO of Ashbrookes Group, said: “This partnership with NextGen Finance is a perfect fit for our business and for our clients. As a property developer ourselves, we understand how crucial access to the right finance is, whether it’s to support a first-time buyer, a seasoned landlord or a developer ready to start a new project. This partnership means we can now offer an even more complete service, making our clients’ property journeys smoother, smarter and better supported.”

Chris Brown, director of NextGen Finance, added: “We’re delighted to partner with Ashbrookes Group, a company with a strong track record and a growing presence in the North East property market. Together, we’ll be able to provide expert advice and finance solutions that help people at every stage of their property journey, from residential mortgages to development finance. We look forward to supporting Ashbrookes’ clients and playing our part in the region’s continued growth.”
