Zoopla expands its campaign championing estate agents

Zoopla has announced that it is expanding its ‘agent-focused local marketing campaign’ across the North West building on its marketing strategy launched last year.

This new iteration of the marketing campaign seeks to champion local agents signed up to Zoopla.

The property portal has added five new of its agent customers to this next campaign instalment which launches this week:

Ann Durrell, MD at Maddox Noel, Anncoats and Greater Manchester

Charlotte Coleseby, director at Hills, Eccles, Salford and Greater Manchester

Mark Loughnane, director of Homesure Property, Woolton and Merseyside

Stuart Matthews, MD at Miller Metcalfe, Bolton and the North West

Tom Mooney, MD at Mags Property, Liverpool

Kate Gostelow, sales director at North Wall Property, Crosby

This new campaign will run from July to mid-September over the key summer moving months and the agents will appear alongside their name and branch feature on billboards across Liverpool, Manchester.

The campaign will also feature on digital channels including Meta and Google Display.

Alex Rose, head of commercial at Zoopla, commented: “Zoopla was the first property portal to put agents at the heart of our consumer marketing campaigns. This new campaign isn’t just about spotlighting an additional five fantastic agents in the North West, it’s also about driving more quality leads and opportunities to their doorsteps, demonstrating the invaluable ROI of partnering with Zoopla and helping agents across the region to grow their business.”

Mark Loughnane, director of Homesure, added: “The fact Zoopla is spending money in our region and putting us in a marketing campaign is amazing for us. It’s great to be recognised and it’s a massive compliment to have been selected. It’s good to let people see who we are – we’re not a big faceless brand, we’re a small independent brand who is made up of real people and so we’re really happy to be involved.”
